1. หลักสูตรแล่นใบเบื้องต้น (Beginner) ค่าสมัคร 2,800 บาท

ผู้สมัคร : เป็นผู้มีรมารยาทดี สุขภาพพลานามัยแข็งแรง ไม่เป็นโรคที่ขัดต่อการแล่นใบ เช่น โรคลมชัก หอบหืด สายตาสั้นมาก หรือมีโรคประจำตัวอื่น ๆ เช่น สมาธิสั้น เป็นต้น สามารถว่าน้ำ และมีสติที่จะช่วยตัวเองได้ ขณะที่อยู่ในน้ำ

LASER NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
24th to 25th February 2018

1 RULES
1.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing.
1.2 No national prescriptions will apply.
1.3 If there is a conflict between languages the English text will apply.

2 ADVERTISING
2.1 Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.  If this rule is broken, World Sailing Regulation 20.9.2 applies. [DP]

3 ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
3.1 The regatta is open to boats of the Laser Standard, Laser Radial, and Laser 4.7 classes.
3.2 Competitors must be members of the International Laser Association for 2018.  Competitors may join at registration.
3.3 Eligible boats may enter by completing an entry form and submitting it to the RVYC reception.
3.4 Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the organizing authority.
3.5 Eligibility for age group categories shall be:

4 FEES
4.1 Required fees are as follows:

Thai Navy 300 BHT
All other entrants 600 BHT

4.2 Other fees:
Membership of the Thai Laser Association (including membership of the International Laser Association) is 500 BHT.

5 RACING FORMAT
5.1 The fleet will be split into Laser Standard, Laser Radial, and Laser 4.7 classes with separate starts.  The organizing authority reserves the right to combine classes and/or starts if entry numbers are low.

6 SCHEDULE
6.1 Registration:  Entries must be submitted to the Royal Varuna Yacht Club Reception by 10:30 on Saturday 24th February.
6.2 Dates of Racing:

6.3 On the last scheduled day of racing no warning signal will be made after 14:30.

7 SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
7.1 The Sailing Instructions will be displayed on the official notice board located on the RVYC veranda, or can be found by visiting the RVYC website.
7.2 If there is a conflict between the Sailing Instructions and the Notice of Race, the Notice of Race will take precedence.

8 VENUE
8.1 Racing will take place in the waters immediately off the Royal Varuna Yacht Club.

9 THE COURSES
9.1 Trapezoid and/or triangle-sausage courses will be used.  The configuration will be displayed on the official notice board.

10 TIME LIMITS
10.1 The time limit for the first boat to finish in each class is 60 minutes.
10.2 The time limit for the last boat to finish in each class is 20 minutes after the first boat in that class has finished.

11 PENALTY SYSTEM
11.1 Appendix P will apply.

12 SCORING
12.1 3 races are required to be completed to constitute a series.
12.2 (a) When fewer than 5 races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores.
(b) When 5 or more races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score.

13 RADIO COMMUNICATION
13.1 Except in an emergency, a boat that is racing shall not make voice or data transmissions and shall not receive voice or data transmissions that are not available to all boats. [DP]

14 PRIZES
14.1 Prizes will be given as follows:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall Laser Standard
1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall Laser Radial
1st and 2nd overall Laser 4.7
14.2 Only Thai residents and Thai Nationals shall be eligible to be declared the Thai National Champion 2018 for each respective class.  The champion must be a member of the Thai Laser Class Association.  A Thai resident is defined as a person who has resided in Thailand for a period or periods aggregating to more than 180 days in the 12 months prior to the Championship.
14.3 Additional prizes, including for age categories, may be awarded at the discretion of the organizing authority.

15 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
15.1 Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk.  See RRS 4, Decision to Race.  The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

1. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY

The Phuket King’s Cup Regatta Dinghy Race will be organized by the organizing committee of the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta under the auspices of the Royal Varuna Yacht Club in conjunction with the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand, the Royal Thai Navy and the Province of Phuket.

2. RULES

2.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing.

2.2 No national authority prescriptions will apply.

2.3 The Rules of respective classes.

2.4 The Sailing Instructions that will be available at the Registration.

3. EVENTS

Optimist (Boys)     born in 2002 or later

Laser 4.7

Women

Optimist (Girls)     born in 2002 or later

4. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY FEE

4.1 The regatta is opened to all sailors from any nations.

4.2 The entry fee is:

6. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS

Sailing Instructions will be available at Registration.

7. VENUE

 The event will be held at Kata Bay, Briefing at Kata Beach in front of Club Med Hotel. 

8. COURSES

      The course will be Triangle or Olympic Trapezoid courses. 

9. PENALTY SYSTEM 

 RRS Appendix P, Immediate Penalties for Breaking Rule 42, will apply.

10. SCORING

9.1 The Low Point System of RRS Appendix will apply.

9.2 Three races are required to be completed to constitute a regatta.

9.3 When 5 races or fewer have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores

9.4 When from 6 to 12 races have been complete, a boat’s score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score. 

10. RADIO COMMUNICATIONS

A boat shall neither make radio transmissions while racing nor receiving radio communications. This restriction also applies to mobile telephones.

11. PRIZES AND COMMENDATION

         The following prizes will be awarded for each class:

        Third Prize

12. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

1 RULES
1.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing – Appendix D, Team
  Racing Rules, will apply.
1.2 No national prescriptions will apply.
1.3 If there is a conflict between languages the English text will apply.

2 ADVERTISING
2.1 Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.  If this rule is broken, World Sailing Regulation 20.9.2 applies. [DP]

3 ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
3.1 The regatta is open to teams in the Optimist class.
3.2 Each Optimist team should consist of 4 sailors/boats:
- all sailors should be under 16 years old (born on or after 01-Jan-2001)
- there are no restrictions to number of boys and girls in each team
3.3 The organizing authority reserved the right to limit the number of teams based on the ability to 
   complete a viable series.
3.4 Each team should register under unique team name.
3.5 Teams are encouraged to use color bibs, shirts or other means for team identification on water.
3.6 Club boat  are permission for this competition.

4 FEES
  Required fees are 1,000 THB per team and 5,000 THB for damaged deposit (refunded when end of racing if no damaged.)

5 SCHEDULE
5.1 Registration:  Registration of teams shall be made before 18:00 on Wednesday 15th November to thammasak.me@hotmail.com to allow the race/team schedule to be made and get the boat .  All fees must be paid at the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand (Sattahip Office) by 9:00 on Friday 17th November.

6 SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 The Sailing Instructions will be displayed on the official notice board located on the YRAT Sattahip
  office.
6.2 If there is a conflict between the Sailing Instructions and the Notice of Race, the Sailing Instructions will take precedence.

7 VENUE
7.1 Racing will take place in the waters immediately off the YRAT Sattahip.

8 RADIO COMMUNICATION
8.1 Except in an emergency, a boat that is racing shall not make voice or data transmissions and shall not receive voice or data transmissions that are not available to all boats. [DP]

9 PRIZES
9.1 Prizes will be given as follows:
Optimist - 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams overall

9.2 Additional prizes may be given at the discretion of the organizing authority.

10 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
10.1 Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk.  See RRS 4, Decision to Race.  The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

การแข่งขันกีฬาภายใน ทร. : เรือใบ ประเภททีม

31 ต.ค.60 คณะกรรมการเรือใบและวินด์เซิร์ฟ ทร. จัดการแข่งขัน เรือใบ ประเภททีม ใน กีฬาภายในกองทัพเรือ 2560 มีหน่วยกีฬาเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน จำนวน 5 หน่วยกีฬา เรือใบที่ใช้แข่งขันทีม จำนวน 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ เรือใบ Laser เรือใบ OK และเรือใบ Super Mod 

แต่ละทีมจะมีเรือใบเข้าแข่งขันประเภทละ 4 ลำ เป็นการแข่งขันแบบพบกันหมด การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ ลมประมาณ 8 น๊อต ทะเลเรียบถึงมีคลื่นเล็กน้อย หน่วยกีฬาที่ร่วมแข่งขันบางหน่วยส่งเรือเข้าแข่งขันไม่ครบทั้ง 3 ประเภท จึงทำให้มีการแข่งขันแบบพบกันหมดได้ 22 เที่ยว 

ผู้ชนะของเรือแต่ละประเภท จะได้รับรางวัลเป็นเหรียญ ทอง เงิน และทองแดง และหน่วยกีฬาที่มีคะแนนรวมสูงสุด จะได้รับรางวัล โล่เรือใบ ในกีฬาภายในกองทัพเรือ
